Then I saw the trailers and my excitement grew even more
In “The Day of the Jackal” (1973), the Jackal also drives a white Alfa Romeo, albeit an earlier model.. Reference to Graham Norton and guests: Denzel Washington / Paul Mescal / Saoirse Ronan / Eddie Redmayne / Blossoms (2024). I’ve been looking forward to Jackal Day ever since I first heard about it.
I was wrong because he absolutely killed it
Well, after watching it, I can say that it definitely lived up to my expectations. Everyone already knows what an amazing actor Eddie Redmayne is, but I still doubted that he would play this role. Here he perfectly plays the anti-hero and supports him in achieving success.
I definitely recommend this series
This series is best watched without a break, because I can promise: as soon as you finish one episode, you won’t have to wait to start the next one. When Redmayne’s character (the Jackal) goes on a mission, you sit on the edge of your seat and wait for what’s next. Jackal reminds me of a James Bond spy character, but he’s spoiled.
